About the Role
Design, implement, audit, maintain and improve processes related with Continuous improvement.
Lead projects, work groups and/or teams.
Establish and follow up expectations for team performance in assigned area or project.
Define and follow up strategies for own area of responsibility.
Facilitate cross functional projects workshops.
Provide guidance to others within own area of expertise.
Apply in-depth knowledge of specialized fields, technical, and process experience within and across functions.
Solve problems within and across functions.
Serves as mentor, coach and resource for other work groups and teams.
What You Will Do
- Responsible to identify, develop and follow up tools for continuous improvement.
- Support on Problem Solving Process.
- Coordinate improvement activities and global Kaizen.
- Design and build automated standards.
- Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools.
- Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities in HPS, new launches processes and programs. Opportunities into the shop floor management as well in to lean and six sigma activities.
- Responsible for preparing, organizing, conducting and monitoring maturity assessments analysis to entire site.
- Coach and mentor for HPS tools and Kaizen workshop
- Participates and provides support related to quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

- 4 years of prior experience in continuous improvement
- Comprehension and application in manufacturing processes, logistics and administration of the following Lean principles and tools:
- Waste elimination and continuous flow
- Value stream planning
- Just in time / Just in sequence
- Jidoka
- Takt time, Throughput time, Cycle time, Line balancing
- Standardized work and process standardization, yamazumi
- Pull principle
- Leveling production and Heijunka
- 5S
- SMED and Flexibility
- Poka-yoke
- Shopfloor management, leadership routines, deviation’s reaction systems
- KPIs structure
- TPM
- Fluent English required to interact with global teams, able to lead meetings, present to stakeholders, and write professional business communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Logistics and Business are possible but not limited to those.
- Experience with structured problem-solving frameworks such as 8D, DMAIC, Shainin, A3, PDCA, others. Ability to lead cross-functional teams through problem-solving processes.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficient oral and written communication.
- Microsoft 365 Office apps, cloud and collaborative tools proficient usage.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Leadership and manufacturing excellence programs formation.
- Problem solving and six sigma certifications.
- Project management formation and tools usage.
- Risk assessments analysis experience.
- Manufacturing Systems concepts, Cells/lines Design, others.
- Change Orientation, Collaboration, Judgment, Result Driven.
- Analytical skills and digital tools knowledge to work with data (Minitab, PowerBI or similar).
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and ISO standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, others).
- Software basic usage such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar.
- ERP systems basic knowledge and usage (SAP, MES, PLM, BI, collaboration tools).
