Job Title: Industrial Engineering Manager - H125 CC/FAL
The Industrial Engineering Manager serves as the primary Focal Point for all industrial, methods, and manufacturing engineering issues impacting the Final Assembly Line (FAL) in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth ramp-up, sustained efficiency, and technical alignment of the local FAL with the standards and processes of the light helicopter FAL, Marignane (France).
This role is permanently based on the Final Assembly Line (FAL) shop floor to maintain direct oversight of the H125 build process. The Industrial Engineering Manager is the Accountable Focal Point for Manufacturing Process Non-Conformity Management.
Core Accountabilities:
Real-Time Surveillance: Closely monitor the assembly workflow, identify manufacturing process deviations escalations from TASL, and capture all related non-conformities as they occur on the shop floor.
Local Triage & Resolution: Lead the collaborative effort between the TASL Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to rapidly analyze, root-cause, and implement effective local solutions for manufacturing issues.
Conformity Center Interface: Act as the primary liaison on behalf of Airbus India Conformity Center team to ensure all proposed resolutions meet final product quality standards before implementation (secure alignment with H125 FAL, Marignane).
International Coordination: Systematically coordinate with the H125 FAL team in France to formally validate complex technical solutions or process changes, ensuring alignment with global standards and documentation integrity.

Production team support
Identification, analysis and solving the final assembly line technical troubles, not directly manageable by operators and the First Line Manager (FLM) or transferred to the relevant departments.
Ensure coordination between the relevant stakeholders (all design offices, quality offices, manufacturing engineering)
Provide a perspective E2E (End-to-End) to the workshop, on the production team
Focal point between TASL / AH INDIA / AH FRANCE
Contributes to the operational excellence objectives with in his/her work area, by adhering to the continuous improvement of operational processes
PPS (Practical Problem Solving) management - Level 2.
Experience: 10 Years+
Aeronautical / Aerospace Experience: 5 Years+
Differentiating Factor: Knowledge/Experience on H125 Helicopter product.
Identification and writing support on workshop non conformity (NC)
NC support to follow the process until solving.
Support in identifying production issues, as well as unresolved issues' by FLM and technicians, escalate/or ask preparation team support, expert team.
Manage Production support tasks to perform serial work order and/or rework if linked to a NC, a concession, or to a blocking point.
Support regarding repair requests and creation of specific requests for small tools, as well as modification or improvement of tools, existing tools and their calibration.
Management of parts to scrap or to send back to suppliers
Able to create work order for repair solutions
Environment, Hygiene and Safety-Daily
Support by making EH&S rules clearly across the workshop
Support in ensuring that EH&S rules are applied across the workshop (5S)
Support in cascading EH&S requirements across the shop floor
Support in identification and resolving the"Near Misses" (almost accident).
Quality-Daily, support regarding quality
Support to ensure that all process production norms are applied on the work station
Support to ensure that all the qualities norms are applied on the work station
Logistic-Daily /In his shift, support regarding logistic
Assistance to prioritize regarding the material needed/standards linked to rework work order, at the place where the work will be performed.
