Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides process time estimation to the quoting team.
• Performs analysis and balancing of manufacturing lines.
• Analyzes work measurement programs and work samples to develop labor utilization standards.
• Analyzes workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules to determine efficient use of workers and equipment.
• Recommends methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste of materials and services, such as restructuring tasks, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment, and acquiring equipment.
• Requests electrical, mechanical, and civil works supplies from the Facilities department.
• Creates POs for various purchases.

Experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Completed engineering degree or bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Project is a plus.
• Experience in metal-mechanics is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in the use of Lean tools.
• Experience in executive presentations.
