Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision in search of productivity (optimum utilization of resources) sustainability and improvement
Establishes methods for optimum maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Stays vigilant, constantly tracks, reports, and acts to find any necessary opportunity to maintain an optimize the required level of hours usage and control of the areas under responsibility
Conducts cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
Assists manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design
May assist in establishing safety and quality accident prevention measures and is expected to aid manage managing production operations training programs for plant personnel whenever needed
Supports relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Experience in database management tools is a plus, such as advanced MS software, Power BI, tableau, and experience in any programing software language.
