Detail-oriented Industrial Automation Technician experienced in troubleshooting automated production systems, managing lift operations, and minimizing downtime through effective manual intervention. Skilled in resolving system faults, supporting AGV operations, and maintaining production flow while coordinating with suppliers on quality concerns.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Perform and document safety resets to ensure compliance and operational continuity
  • Execute manual interventions to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
  • Complete skid adjustments to support proper alignment and system efficiency
  • Diagnosing and resolving Time-Out errors and scanner faults
  • Serve as primary point of contact for supplier regarding body rejections
  • Manage lift sequencing to maintain production pace during transitions between automatic and manual modes
  • Operate lifts manually when automatic functions are down to prevent production delays
  • Troubleshoot AGV system issues, particularly during entry and exit at lift station
  • Experience with troubleshooting PLC systems. Understanding of how to read system faults and use them to root cause issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of manufacturing, automation, or production support
  • Troubleshooting automated systems
  • Experience with minimizing downtime in production environment

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of manufacturing, automation, or production support

  • Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
