  • Act as regional category lead, working with cross-functional customers to align demand, priorities, sourcing strategies, and customer requirements through a customer-focused, positive approach.

  • Lead commercial supplier qualification across the region, including supplier selection, onboarding, development, and ongoing capability and accountability strengthening.

  • Translate market intelligence, benchmarks, and pricing trends into actionable insights; build and maintain regional cost models to support should‑cost analysis, sourcing arguments, and higher‑quality, faster customer decisions.

  • Lead RFx and sourcing events through award and transition; coordinate with Global Category Supplier Managers (as applicable) to align regional and global strategies.

  • Define and implement contract strategies for assigned categories, including negotiating terms, renewals, extensions, repricing, supplier transitions, and contract adherence to deliver value, manage risk, and ensure continuity of supply.

  • Establish a comprehensive, data‑driven view of supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, and service); drive improvement plans and lead supplier governance cadence (QBRs, annual evaluations, and executive reviews).

  • Deliver measurable cost, risk, and service outcomes, including year‑over‑year savings and cost avoidance, by incorporating total cost considerations and savings targets into sourcing strategies and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and customer communication skills.

  • Experience negotiating and redlining contracts (e.g., service agreements, statements of work, and software licensing), in partnership with legal and interested parties.

  • Analytical approach with strong attention to detail; comfortable using data to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
