Join our India Field Service Center team and play a key role in keeping Agilent instruments running at their best. What You Will Do

  • Repair and refurbish Agilent instruments, modules, and parts with precision.

  • Perform functional testing to ensure equipment meets factory standards.

  • Follow SOPs and checklists for all repair and testing activities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries from internal and external customers.

  • Contribute to technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain workstations and calibration tools, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Record repair data accurately in systems like SAP CRM and internal dashboards.

  • Engage in continuous learning—technical and soft skills—through training programs.

  • Collaborate with engineers, coordinators, and managers to support daily operations.

  • Drive improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform routine and complex testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks independently.

  • Ensure adherence to Quality System standards, safety, and ESD protocols.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in repair, maintenance, or testing of instruments.

  • Knowledge of Agilent LC and GC products; GCMS and LCMS experience is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively.

  • Familiarity with SAP CRM or similar reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and local language.
