Design, development, calculation, licensing, and marketing of Indexes. Specializes in the development of Indexes focusing on brand themes of innovation, technology, growth, and globalization. Provides custom Index services and design solutions as a third-party provider to selected financial organizations.
- Guides the daily production teams in calculating the families of indexes (resource planning and scheduling).
- Tracks and creates customer-focused and process driven metrics to ensure positive business performance.
- Implements new business initiatives, products and processes in accordance with the Operational Excellence guidelines.
- Plans resources for testing of new system enhancements or new products and monitors in accordance with project plan.
- Oversees the on boarding of new analysts joining the team and coordinating training programs for their development.
- Monitors and analyzes restatement situations of Indexes.
- Trains and mentors analysts for various tasks and responsibilities.
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field
- Experience Required: At least 6 years
This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
