Key Responsibilities 

Development: 

  • Ability to design and implement advanced AI/ML workflows leveraging a combination of Out of the box Salesforce (Agentforce) capabilities and industry offerings from AWS/GCP, Vertex AI, and RAG architectures, including integration with vector and graph databases.  

  • Ability to develop end-to-end generative AI workflows using custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows with attention to data integration ensuring data quality, validation, and monitoring, while optimizing for unstructured data and agentic workflows. 

  • Build AI-driven systems to improve data and salesforce capabilities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. 

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware tools. 

  • Develop and maintain automation processes and custom applications. 

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. 

Admin: 

  • Effectively manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings using traditional techniques and incorporating Agentforce templates to advance and reduce day-to-day operational management  

  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular data audits. 

  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows. 

  • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types 

Innovation & Collaboration: 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experience and system performance. 

  • Contribute to POC development for emerging Salesforce features and integrations.  

  • Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. 

Required Skills & Experience:  

  • Overall 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer with a strong foundational understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices 

  • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (5+ years expert) 

  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules (5+ years expert) 

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (3+ years intermediate/expert) 

  • Experience with building and deploying GenAI enabled Agentforce workflows leveraging out of the box prompts and templates with humanintheloop controls (1+ year beginner) 

  • Strong data foundation knowledge. Familiarity with data warehousing and streaming technologies with experience in developing solutions to support large-scale data and analytics applications on cloud platforms such as Snowflake is highly desirable (3+ years intermediate/expert) 

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across multiple projects  

  • Proficiency with delivery tooling (Rally, dashboards) and SDLC governance (3+ years intermediate/expert) 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
