Starting Pay Rate: $15/hr

Tidal Wave is seeking a detailed oriented incident review specialist with a passion and interest in Risk management, employee compliance, and incident recognition, to help establish accurate review and reporting of data related to payroll compliance and incidents and claims in the field. The right individual will be focused, detail oriented and eager to ensure accuracy of visual findings. Come guide review and analysis of camera footage to the next level and help us redefine the carwash industry!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Navigate camera systems based on specific requests of incidents
  • Provide accurate and timely data back to requesting parties
  • Other duties on assign

Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to manage data from multiple sources
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
