Fidelity Canada

Incentives Manager

Toronto Office Full time

Job Description

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Who We Are

At Fidelity, we’ve been helping Canadian investors build better financial futures for over 35 years.  We offer individuals and institutions a range of trusted investment portfolios and services - and we’re constantly seeking to find new and better ways to help our clients.  As a privately owned company, we boldly embrace innovation in all areas as we continue to grow our business into the future.

Working with us means you’ll be part of a diverse and dedicated group of people who make a real difference for our clients and communities every day. You’ll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where you’ll feel valued and supported to be your best - both personally and professionally.

What You’ll Do

Investly, our digital investing app, is on a mission to accelerate customer growth through bold, data-driven strategies—and incentives are one of our most powerful levers. As the Incentives Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how we attract, motivate, and retain customers by designing, optimizing, and scaling innovative incentive programs.

You will own a multi-quarter roadmap, experiment with new incentive models, collaborate with internal partners and senior leaders, and drive measurable business impact across the Investly ecosystem.

If you’re energized by experimentation, customer-centric digital investing, and solving complex growth challenges, this is an opportunity to directly shape Investly’s future.

Drive a Strategic, Growth-Focused Incentive Roadmap

  • Develop, own, and evolve a multi-quarter incentive strategy aligned with Investly’s growth priorities.
  • Prioritize initiatives that measurably increase funded investors, customer lifetime value, and market share.
  • Support leadership to inform long-term planning and expansion opportunities.

Design and Test Innovative Incentive Models

  • Lead the development of creative incentive structures grounded in financial modeling, behavioural insights, and personalization.
  • Pilot new approaches—referrals, campaign mechanics, loyalty —and scale successful experiments.
  • Embody a culture of test-and-learn experimentation.

Collaborate Across the Organization to Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences

  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Software Development, Operations (Investly CX), and Data teams to ensure incentives are financially sound, compliant, and integrated into the customer journey.
  • Support Marketing in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push, and emerging channels.

Build and Manage Our Vendor Ecosystem

  • Source and manage best-in-class vendors that enable scalable incentive execution.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IS teams to secure commercial agreements and ensure vendor alignment with Investly’s standards.

Measure Performance & Deliver Strategic Insights

  • Define and monitor KPIs tied to Investly’s growth outcomes
  • Use AI tools to analyze campaign performance, validate results, and generate insights - in partnership with Finance.
  • Present reporting and recommendations to guide business decisions and resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Completed University Degree or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, incentives, advertising or digital marketing.
  • Success designing and executing incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfort navigating complex datasets.
  • Familiarity using tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, Appsflyer, and Marketo/Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Understanding of Canadian financial regulations and investor behaviour is an asset

The Expertise You Bring

  • Ability to work well with partners including Compliance and Legal teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with agile planning and roadmap management tools is an asset
