This role is responsible for coordinating inbound logistics operations in Türkiye. Reporting into Distribution & Logistics this role needs to manage inbound logistics, Customs, and related regulations. Main KPIs for this role are maintaining service levels, efficient Customs clearance, compliance and managing 3PL management/relationships.
This role is responsible for building strong working relationships with DC and trade compliance teams and driving a continuous improvement agenda.

Reports to Distribution & Logistics. The role requires extensive collaboration, reporting, and engagement with local and regional stakeholders, both internal and external.
Hybrid office environment. Position will require domestic travel to DC, 3PLs. May require travel within Türkiye.
Physical activities: DC visits, use of computer.
Role requires strong understanding of Customs procedures and processes in Türkiye, including Tareks processes.
About You
University degree preferred
Leadership Abilities: Monitors and evaluates 3PL performance, providing regular feedback.
Communication and Collaboration: Coordinates with other departments or teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synergy, resolving conflicts and making decisions as needed. Communicates departmental updates, progress, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
