About the Role:
As a member of Harman Professional’s EMEA Distribution Operations team and reporting into Inbound and Inventory Supervisor, this role is key to manage inbound flows from our external and internal suppliers to our Distribution Center.
What You Will Do:
- To monitor in transit shipments from global internal and external suppliers routed to Harman Professional’s EMEA Distribution Center
- To ensure on time and accurate inbound Goods Receipt to SAP by working closely with 3rd party Warehouse provider
- To communicate any issues to warehouse, 4PL, carriers and internal counterparts
- To monitor and maintain SAP IBDN date to trigger accurate Sales Order confirmation
- To allocate and monitor all inbound shipments associated to claim confirmations, customer returns, manual inbounds
- To report Goods in Transit data and create Intrastat report
- To create stock transfer orders based on sales demand (sales orders and requirements)
- To create DN and FT documents (commercial invoice) for STO shipments
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience in a similar position is preferred
- Business English, written and spoken
- High School education
- Knowledge of international business rules, Incoterms, Foreign Trade
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Knowledge of Hungarian language
- SAP knowledge
- College degree or equivalent
