Job Description & Summary: A career within…. Responsibilities:
Client Needs & Satisfaction:
Understand client needs, address their concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams (sales, customer success, product engineering) to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling services, and developing new business with existing clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status, and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
Problem Resolution:
Promptly and effectively resolve client issues and escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Strategic Planning:
Develop account plans and strategies to align with client goals and objectives.
