Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant with strong expertise in either Workfront Core Administration or Workfront Fusion Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one of these areas. Expertise in both is good to have, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Option 1: Workfront Core Specialist
Configure and administer Workfront (users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, governance).
Design and deploy custom workflows, forms, dashboards, and KPI-driven reports.
Proficient in Workfront reporting, including complex filters, calculated fields, and real-time dashboard creation
Knowledge of Workfront Fusion is preferred.
Manage environment stability, compliance, and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Optimize processes and recommend improvements within Workfront Core.
OR
Option 2: Workfront Fusion Specialist
Design, build, and maintain Fusion scenarios.
Develop and manage integrations between Workfront and third-party systems.
Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion integrations.
Work with APIs and support enterprise integration requirements.
Knowledge of Workfront configuration and administration is preferred.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront (Core or Fusion).
Strong experience in either:
Workfront Administration & Configuration
OR
Fusion Scenario Development & Integrations
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs (preferred for Fusion role).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Adobe Workfront Core Certification
Adobe Fusion Certification
Experience integrating Workfront with third-party tools
Prior experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments
