• We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior UiPath Developer / Platform Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation team
• This role demands deep hands-on expertise across the UiPath platform ecosystem, including development, solution design, orchestration, infrastructure setup, and production support
• The ideal candidate will not only develop high-performance automation solutions but also provide architectural and technical leadership for scaling UiPath capabilities across the enterprise.
• You will work closely with business users, solution architects, CoE leads, and infrastructure teams to design and deploy robust, secure, and maintainable automation solutions
• This is a hybrid role combining full-stack UiPath development with platform engineering and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• UiPath Certified Solution Architect (preferred for senior profiles)
• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification (for platform deployment/maintenance)
• UiPath Test Suite Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) for delivery-focused roles

Mandatory skill sets: 

·       Expert-level experience in UiPath Studio, StudioX, Studio Web, and Robot development

·       Proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator: multi-tenant configuration, high availability, queue management, triggers, logging, and asset governance

·       Deep experience in deploying and managing UiPath unattended bots, attended bots, and test bots in enterprise environments

·       Knowledge of UiPath Automation Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure setup, including robots, machines, folders, and user roles

·       Proficient in building automations using REFramework, State Machines, Workflows, and Parallel Execution

·       Strong understanding and hands-on implementation using UiPath Apps, Action Center, and Forms

·       Experience with UiPath Document Understanding Framework (including AI Center, OCRs like Abbyy/Microsoft/Tesseract, ML Extractors)

·       Familiarity with UiPath AI Center and training/retraining ML models for intelligent automation

·       Proficiency in UiPath Data Service, Queues, and Persistence Activities

·       Exposure to UiPath Task Mining, Process Mining, and Insights for discovery and reporting

·       Experience integrating UiPath with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, and legacy systems

·       Working knowledge of source control integration (Git, TFS) and CI/CD pipelines using UiPath DevOps tools or Azure DevOps

·       Kafka messaging integration for real-time event-driven automation

·       Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and automation

·       Knowledge of Power BI and Grafana for building dashboards from Orchestrator logs and automation KPIs

Preferred skill sets: 

• Hands-on with UiPath Test Suite for test automation and regression testing
• Experience in governance and security: credential vaults (CyberArk, Azure Key Vault, Orchestrator Assets), secure logging, and audit trails
• Good understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based access in UiPath platform
• Exposure to cloud-native automation, especially using UiPath Automation Cloud, Azure Automation, or AWS Lambda
• Familiarity with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) or Citrix environments for RPA bot deployments
• Strong troubleshooting skills using Robot Logs, Orchestrator logs, and Elasticsearch/Kibana/Monitoring tools
• Ability to lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices

Years of experience required: 

4+yrs to 7years of total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support

·       Prior experience working on enterprise-scale UiPath implementations (multi-bot environments, COE-led delivery)

Education qualification: 

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent field

·       Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum-based delivery frameworks
