Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Hands on client service experience on business process design

Hands on experience in process study, analysis, gap analysis with respect to the best practices

Hands on project and programme management skills

Agile software development and project management skills

Software quality management processes

CMMI Level 5 Dev standard processes and practices

CMMI Level 5 Svc standard processes and practices

ISO 9000 /20000 / 27000 standard processes and practices

Hands on statistical analysis

Good written and verbal English communication

Mandatory skill sets:

More than 4 years of work experience in business process design, quality management processes for clients (present experience)

Experience in proposal development for clients and engagement execution is preferred

Demonstrable experience in working as CMMI assessment as consultant, ATM or HME

Preferred skill sets:

Demonstrated experience in working as quality consulting leader in client engagements

Demonstrable experience managing SCAMPI processes successfully

Experience in managing ISO 9000 / 20000 / 27000 review processes

Years of experience required:

4-7 Years

Education qualification:

B.Tech/B.E.

Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)

Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering

Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
