Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) and related modules.
Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order creation, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
Configure Order Management rules, orchestration processes, pricing, shipping parameters, and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Perform endtoend solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and production support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.
Ensure integration between OM and related modules like Inventory, Procurement, SCM, Finance (AR).
Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, MD50/MD60, user guides, and test scripts.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.
Work closely with technical teams for data migration, reports, and integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
