Those in Oracle technology at PwC will focus on utilising and managing Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

Job Description & Summary: PwC is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) implementation projects for clients, including system selection, configuration, validation, and deployment. This individual will collaborate with client stakeholders to establish or enhance QMS frameworks compliant with regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into application designs and APEX components.
• Develop APEX applications: pages, forms, interactive reports/grids, charts, dashboards, and REST‑enabled modules.
• Implement PL/SQL logic, dynamic actions, validations, authorizations, and process flows.
• Design and optimize database objects (tables, views, packages, triggers, indexes).

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX (recent versions).
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modelling.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for customizing APEX apps.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, JSON/XML, and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Understanding of security concepts: authentication, authorization, roles, and data protection.
• 4-8 + years in Oracle development, including APEX projects.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills; ability to work with business users.
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; Oracle APEX or database certifications are a plus.
• Integrate APEX apps with REST/SOAP web services, external systems, and SSO/security frameworks.
• Perform unit and system testing; support UAT and production deployment.
• Optimize performance and usability; apply UI/UX best practices using templates, themes, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Mandatory Skill sets: 

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery

Preferred Skill Sets: 

• RESTful services, JSON/XML, and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
