Responsibilities
Project Management: Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. People Management: Proactive in identifying and addressing team members' training and development needs to enhance overall performance. Successful in leading by example, promoting a strong work ethic, and maintaining a motivated and engaged team. Functional Implementation & Configuration: Proficient in managing implementing initiatives of client for both small business and large-scale business. Client-facing Documentation: Strong ability to create clear and effective client-facing documentation. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Projects,etc. for data analysis and reporting. Leadership and Communication: 1. Strong leadership abilities 2. Effective communication skills 3. Exceptional interpersonal skills Project Management: 1. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) 2. Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies 5. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Financial Management: 1. Budget management expertise 2. Proficient in financial analysis Stakeholder Engagement: Effective stakeholder engagement and management Ability to co-ordinate with CXOs Administering: Cross-Functional Teams; Business Analysts, Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, Testers to achieve project deliverables and coordinating with the global services and changes with Managers to achieve project updates. Internal/external client relationships during various stages of transition/mobilization effort User stories status and ensuring timely delivery by Scrum team. Developing: BCP plan for India team, analyzing budget, forecasting risk, developing schedule, and assisting team members. Detailed project plans using MS Project, coordinating project activities and analyzing resources needed to complete project tasks. Risk registers to monitor, track and report risks regularly. Steering detailing required applications and software needed (Application Detail List) in IT requirement documents. Leading: Technology timeline discussions by preparing IT Tech Task List, project schedule and tracking tasks to completion. Team to utilize the Agile process to improve project quality and schedule. Representing the Application Development Team in Change Authority Board (CAB) meetings, developing Go-Live deployment plans considering all dependencies/ stakeholders and monitoring testing to verify if the implemented solution meets the requirements.
Initiating daily stand-up and Scrum of Scrums meeting, recording the status of the project, and coordinating with Development/ QA Team and steering Scrum meeting and sprints to execute assigned projects. Educated and reinforced Scrum methodology and Agile framework to team. Analyzing risk from team meetings, communicating the same with risk partners to have proper Risk Management Plan Acting as Product Owner for application enhancement project Lead agile transformation.
