As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary

*Responsibilities: 

· Drive digital strategy advisory and transformation projects.

· Lead the setup & strategy consulting for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Centers

· Manage IT service management, IT cost savings, and IT governance initiatives.

· Design IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks.

· Lead client consulting projects with strong analytical and presentation skills

· Communicate effectively with CxO-level stakeholders.

· Deliver actionable insights based on industry-specific research.

· Work within premier strategy consulting or Big 4 consulting environments.

*Mandatory skill sets 

· 6+ years of overall experience with focus on digital strategy and IT GCC strategy & setup.

· Experience in IT Shared Services or Global Capability Centers. Skills in IT service management, cost savings, governance, and business case preparation.

· Experience designing processes based on ITIL and COBIT is desirable.

· Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.

· Preference for candidates from premier MBA colleges with consulting experience in top firms

*Preferred skill sets 

· Experience in ERP Implementation

*Years of experience required 

· Minimum 6+ years of experience plus MBA is required for the role

*Education Qualification  

· Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred

· B.E/B.Tech + MBA
