As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

Job Description & Summary: PwC is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) implementation projects for clients, including system selection, configuration, validation, and deployment. This individual will collaborate with client stakeholders to establish or enhance QMS frameworks compliant with regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities: 

• A career in our Guidewire practice, helps in leveraging and shaping the future of the insurance industry. Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise in designing develop and enhance cutting edge insurance solutions.  

  • Develop technology roadmap, architecture and implement for Guidewire Insurance Suite.
  • Collaborate and implement most relevantdevelopment tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements.
  • Experience in using various editors and tools available through Guidewire Studio.
  • Strong programming knowledge in object-oriented languages such as Java and Gosu.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSD and JSON.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server etc.
  • Knowledge in the Insurance domain.
  • Work experience in SCRUM Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Cross skilled in multiple products (Policy Center &  Billing Center, Policy Center & Billing Center &) is an advantage

Mandatory Skill sets: 

• Guidewire Developer, ClaimCenter,Java and Gosu.

Preferred Skill Sets: 

• SQL, SOAP API, Rest API

• B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech
