Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on contributing to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led and technology enabled”, by aligning our Consulting Solutions’ industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.Responsibilities:
Configure and customize MS D365 CRM platform to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Design and develop custom components and extensions using platform-specific tooling and languages
Build and secure integrations with upstream/downstream systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
Establish and manage environments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines; enforce branching, code quality, and release practices.
Define and meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security; perform tuning and guardrails
Produce clear technical documentation: solution designs, API/interface contracts, data dictionaries, deployment guides, and operations runbooks
Ensure quality through unit/integration testing, automated test coverage where applicable, peer code reviews, and structured defect triage; support UAT
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, data engineers, UX, and change management to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, coding standards, and best practices
Advise clients on platform roadmaps, release impacts, and optimization opportunities across adjacent tools
