Responsibilities

· Execute projects relating to improvement of following Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes and implementation of CLM tools

· Knowhow of CLM processes and technologies in the market (such as Icertis, Sirion or equivalent)

· Work with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives so as to optimize business performance.

· Engage with client personnel to understand their needs and prepare business requirements documents

· Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support assessment/evaluation project

· Communicate with client to assist in developing effective process vision, process strategy and process maturation.

· Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows.

· Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.

· Perform testing on technology tools – develop and execute test plans and test cases

· Contribute in preparing client deliverables (e.g. business documents and presentations) and supporting business transformation activities

· Act as main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-related enquiries.

· Review processes to identify process and control gaps and inefficiencies

· Develop future state processes leveraging tools in discussions with client personnel

· Track and manage project plans to ensure adherence to timelines

· Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, status, issues and escalations

· Perform analysis leveraging advanced analytical tools on contractual terms, purchase and sales data to identify cost and revenue leakages – perform root cause analysis to determine underlying gaps and develop solutions to address these

· Participate in developing technology tools (leveraging AI) to improve processes (CLM, P2P and O2C processes)

· Manage a team of associates and senior associates and supervise their work, taking accountability

· Candidate will be accountable for delivery of services and projects to clients as per quality standards
