About the job
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in agentic environments—taking ownership, driving initiatives, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and translating complex problems into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define clear requirements.
· Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Document functional and non-functional requirements in detail.
· Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
· Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
· Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
· Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI, or similar.
· Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirement documentation techniques.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives (agentic mindset).

Years of experience required:
