We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Azure DevOps Specialist to join our team as a Manager. This is a full-time, position requiring a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Azure DevOps and experience in managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of DevOps-related activities, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust Azure DevOps pipelines.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for DevOps projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all DevOps activities.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
Experience & Qualifications
6 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Mandatory skill sets:
• Proficiency in Java & Python; experience with PySpark
• Strong expertise in GraphQL; RESTful API design and development
• Extensive experience with AWS ecosystem including AWS Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies
• S3, RDS Postgres, Redshift, or other AWS data services
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and architectures
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OIDC protocols
• Okta implementation and management
• Security best practices and vulnerability management
• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
• Automation scripting and tooling
• Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and API gateway configurations
Preferred skill sets:
While sector-specific expertise is not mandatory, experience in industries leveraging cloud and DevOps solutions will be considered an added advantage.

• 5+ years of API development experience
