Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Azure Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks

 Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes from multiple data sources

 Develop and manage data warehouses and data lakes using Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2

 Implement data modeling for analytical and reporting use cases

 Write efficient SQL queries and optimize performance for large datasets

 Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and governance across platforms

 Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders

 Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data issues

 Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD for data pipelines

 Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services

 Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL

 Experience with Python / PySpark / Spark SQL

 Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing concepts

 Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop – preferred)

 Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and best practices

Preferred skill sets:

Understanding of Azure security, RBAC, and data governance

Years of experience required:

4 to 8 Years

Education qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech
