Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Develop intelligent AI agents using orchestration frameworks Integrate AI solutions with cloud services and enterprise systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready AI applications Ensure performance optimization, observability, and monitoring of AI workflows

Mandatory skill sets:

Strong proficiency in Python Hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) development Experience building RAG-based solutions Working knowledge of: LangChain LangSmith LangGraph Strands/Agent orchestration frameworks Experience with AWS Bedrock Strong understanding of LLM APIs and prompt engineering

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in REST API development (FastAPI preferred) Good to Have: Experience with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, SageMaker, Bedrock, Agentcore) Experience with model evaluation and monitoring frameworks CI/CD and MLOps exposure Knowledge of ML/AI, Deep Learning and NLP
