Responsibilities:
Senior Associate (Workforce Analytics) Purpose of the Role: Analytically strong and technically advanced Resource Manager with deep expertise in Advanced Excel (including VBA, Macros, and automation) and professional-grade PowerPoint storytelling. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving workforce analytics, forecasting, and utilization strategy, by transforming data into business intelligence and executive-ready presentations. The ideal candidate will combine operational accuracy, automation mindset, and presentation excellence to enable leadership decisions and optimize workforce performance. Key Responsibilities Resource Management & Analytics · Lead the design, maintenance, and automation of MIS reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence. · Perform detailed analysis of resource allocation, utilization, availability, and variance, identifying actionable insights for leadership. · Own end-to-end data integrity and validation across RM systems; ensure seamless integration with internal databases or platforms (e.g., Power BI, RMG tool, SAP). · Partner with Business Unit Heads and Project Managers to anticipate workforce needs and design capacity optimization models. · Introduce analytical frameworks that link RM metrics to business KPIs (revenue, utilization, productivity). Excel Mastery & Automation · Develop advanced Excel models and tools for forecasting, variance tracking, and performance analysis. · Create and maintain complex VBA macros to automate repetitive reporting and reconciliation tasks, drastically reducing manual effort. · Integrate Excel tools with other applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, databases) to enable real-time data refresh and reporting. · Design simulation and scenario models for capacity planning and workforce forecasting. · Conduct periodic audits and stress testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy of automated solutions. PowerPoint, Storytelling & Executive Reporting
· Build executive decks that transform data into strategic insights — blending visuals, storytelling, and precision. · Create impactful presentations that summarize RM trends, forecasting insights, and business recommendations. · Develop presentation templates, automation-enabled charts, and dynamic slides directly linked to live Excel data. · Maintain consistency with branding standards, data accuracy, and visual hierarchy to ensure professional impact. · Coach junior team members on effective data storytelling and presentation hygiene. Data Visualization & Insight Generation · Leverage data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards highlighting utilization, bench trends, and workforce metrics. · Design intuitive visuals that support decision-making for Business Unit and HR leaders. · Introduce automation pipelines and self-service dashboards to democratize access to workforce data. · Continuously evolve analytics maturity within the RM function through innovation and adoption of best practices. Qualifications & Experience · Experience: 4–7 years of proven expertise in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot) Workforce Analytics. · Qualification - Master’s degree in HR, Operations, Analytics, or related discipline. · Technical skills: o Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint with ability to build leadership-grade decks. o Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. · Core Competencies: o Analytical Precision: Ability to structure, interpret, and present complex data with clarity and business context. o Automation Mindset: Passion for streamlining processes through VBA and workflow integration. o Storytelling Excellence: Capability to translate insights into crisp, executive-level presentations. o Attention to Detail: Relentless focus on accuracy and timeliness. o Business Acumen: Understands workforce dynamics and their linkage to operational performance.
