Responsibilities: 

We are seeking professionals  with strong Workday Technical Integrations expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business analysis skills and technical proficiency, particularly in Workday integration technologies and cloud SaaS architecture. This role will focus on gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver seamless Workday integrations and system enhancements. 

The candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes, experience working with stakeholders, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience in agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), is preferred… 

Data Governance & System Optimization 

· Ensure Workday integrations adhere to security, privacy, and compliance regulations. 

· Conduct technical data analysis and troubleshooting for middleware and integration issues. 

· Stay updated on Workday’s evolving integration capabilities, including Report as a Service (RaaS), Workday HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Security configurations. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering 

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements. 

· Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams. 

· Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process improvements. 

Workday Integration & Technical Analysis 

Workday Functional Experience, Workday (Core HR / Payroll) Integrations, Security, Integration Business Analysis and Configuration (PECI, CCW, Studio, Orchestration), Integrations and end-to-end (E2E) testing, Workday Extend, Requirements Gathering, UAT 

Stakeholder Communication & Agile Collaboration 

· Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives. 

· Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile/Scrum environment. 

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation. 

· Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Good to have: SaFe Agile experience 

Years of experience required: 

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Technical Integrations. 

Education qualification: 

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
