As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Looking for a servicenow  SPM senior developer for urgent project. Apart from technical expertise candidate should be able to interact efficiently with stakeholders and visit client sites as and when needed.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Implement and configure various SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning (including roadmap and capacity planning).
• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices.

Preferred skill sets:

· Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.

Years of experience required:

3 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT service management, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow and SPM.

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
