Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government with focus on Infrastructure, Transport & Logistics  through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with such clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with. 

 

Responsibilities 

Transport Strategy/Govt. Consulting/Advisory 

  • Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders on policy frameworks, project monitoring solutions, and green technologies 

  • Advise on policy formulation, standards, and best practices for transport related frameworks for budgeting  

  • Structure and manage PPP models for large scale infrastructure projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation 

  • Facilitate collaboration between government agencies, private sector, and technology partners 

  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget 

  • Implement robust governance mechanisms, performance monitoring, and reporting frameworks 

  • Conduct workshops, capacity-building sessions, and change management programs 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

 

  • Ability to design and implement policy frameworks for government and public sector organizations, ensuring citizen-centric outcomes 

  • Strong understanding of PPP, Gross budgetary support and convergence mode of implementation  

  • Expertise in managing large-scale project management programs including risk, budget, and stakeholder management 

  • Knowledge of national shipping related policies, funding guidelines / standards, and PPP regulations; ability to ensure compliance and secure system design 

  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, structure Public-Private Partnerships, and drive collaboration between government and technology partners 

 

 Preferred skill sets: 

  • Assist in implementation of Government schemes and initiatives, capacity building initiatives and monitoring support 

  • Assistance in coordination with Various Authorities / Agencies 

Years of experience required: 

Associate – 3 years 

Sr Associate- 6 yr+ 

Education qualification: 

  • Graduation: BE / BTech, or equivalent(Full Time) 

                                OR 

  • Post-Graduation: MBA or equivalent(Full Time)
