In tax regulatory at PwC, you will focus on monitoring and interpreting tax regulations and legislation. In this field, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on the impact of regulatory changes, helping businesses stay compliant with tax laws and regulations and adapt their tax strategies accordingly.

*Responsibilities:

Role

1. Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limited supervision.

2. Support in new client acquisition and business development.

3. Thought leadership on global emerging trends.

Skill set

1. Extensive experience (4 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects.

2. Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews

3. Robust project handling skills

Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.
