Job Description & Summary: A career with PwC in Zoho practice for managing and leading endtoend delivery of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM projects, ensuring successful implementations, strong client engagement, and highquality outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead endtoend delivery of Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM projects, ensuring ontime, highquality implementation aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.  

  • Own the project governance framework, including planning, scope definition, effort estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.  

  • Drive solution architecture for complex Creator and CRM implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and bestpractice application design.  

  • Oversee and guide teams in Creator application development, CRM customization, workflows, automation, Deluge scripting, and integrations.  

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for conducting requirement workshops, defining roadmaps, setting delivery expectations, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.  

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (developers, consultants, QA, support, analytics) to ensure seamless delivery across the Zoho ecosystem.  

  • Ensure effective design documentation, architecture diagrams, data models, and deployment plans for Creator and CRM solutions.  

  • Govern the integration strategy involving Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.  

  • Establish and track delivery KPIs like velocity, quality metrics, resource utilization, and adherence to timelines.  

  • Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, scripts, workflows, and integrations produced by the team.  

  • Implement and promote Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement within project teams.  

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans to maintain project stability and client trust.  

  • Enable team capability building through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and reviewing performance of consultants and developers.  

  • Work with internal teams for scoping, solutioning, proposal preparation, and effort estimation for new opportunities.  

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and access control policies across all Creator and CRM implementations.  

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Zoho platform advancements and recommend suitable product features or enhancements to clients.  

  • Zoho certifications (Creator, CRM, Analytics) are a strong advantage. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

Hands on experience of implementation, customization and integration of  Zoho Suite of products such as: 

Creator 

CRM 

Analytics 

Preferred skill sets: 

Hands on experience on other Zoho products and integrations on Zoho products with third party apps. 

Years of experience required: 

8-10 Years of experience 

Education qualification: 

Any graduate with desirable skillset. Preferably, Engg. or CS graduate
