Responsibilities:
· Design and own the SAP L&D curriculum roadmap aligned with business goals and evolving SAP capabilities. · Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs, including sourcing trainers and managing vendor relationships. · Ensure comprehensive coverage of SAP learning across all roles, levels, and geographies. · Collaborate with SAP leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities. · Monitor and report on training effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact using KPIs and feedback loops. · Manage learning budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. · Stay updated on SAP trends and certifications to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and future-ready.
