Job Description & Summary
A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.
*Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements related to asset management and maintenance processes. • Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM) module solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and map business needs to SAP functionalities. • Perform system configuration including master data setup, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities. • Support integration of SAP PM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Production Planning (PP). • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and provide post-go-live support. • Provide training and documentation for end-users on SAP EAM functionalities. • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, including system enhancements and reporting. • Stay updated with SAP EAM best practices and innovations, recommending process improvements.
*Mandatory skill sets • Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Maintenance Procedures, and best practices. • Expertise in configuring SAP PM components: equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, operations, notifications, work orders, measuring points, and catalogs. • Familiarity with SAP modules integration (MM, FI, PP). • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA EAM is a plus. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • SAP certification in EAM/PM module is preferred.
*Preferred skill sets • Knowledge of mobile and IoT solutions for asset management. • Exposure to SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) or SAP Predictive Maintenance.
