Job Description & Summary:
A career in our Corporate Finance practice, within Deals Corporate Finance services, will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, provide advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we’re a part of helping some of the world’s leading companies across industries originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company.
Responsibilities:
Looking for candidates with solid deal execution experience in front-end investment banking with the following technical and soft skills.
Primarily drive deal execution with strong focus on deal execution skills covering the following aspects:
Solid knowledge of sell and buy side investment banking process,
Ability to prepare high quality collaterals such as teasers, information memorandum, financial model, etc.
Ability to handle investor due-diligence process independently, articulate valuation pitches, responses to due-diligence queries, etc.
Ability to scan the market continuously and monitor transaction and investor activity in the space.
Preparation of investor long and shortlists leveraging market scanning and market monitoring skills and undertaking outreach for marketing,
Solid industry research skills for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for transaction activities, investor activities, investor identification and outreach,
Supporting negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.
Support senior team members with business development pitches (valuation and pitch presentation) and internal administrative matters related to investment banking activity such as engagement letters, etc.
Actively participate in client meetings and calls.
Highly motivated individuals who can take initiative and drive results. Ability to manage multiple mandates, work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to adapt and navigate through ambiguous and complex circumstances.
Prior investment banking experience in the infrastructure sector and MBA from Tier-1 B-schools will be an added advantage.
