    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a basic understanding of Salesforce and proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry (B2B). This role will drive business value by translating stakeholder needs into clear, implementable requirements and by documenting endto-end business processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in creating BRDs/FRDs/BPDs, excels at stakeholder management, and can support Salesforce flows for Oil & Gas customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements & Documentation

    · Lead Requirement Gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, JAD).

    · Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Business Process Documents (BPD).

    · Create User Stories, Features, Use Cases, and Test Cases with clear acceptance criteria.

    · Maintain traceability from business objectives to requirements, stories, and test cases.

    Process & Analysis

    · Map and optimize Business Processes using Visio; design As-Is and To-Be process flows. Document and standardize Customer Onboarding journeys for B2B Oil & Gas customers (credit checks, KYC, contract setup, pricing tiers, compliance).

    · Support data definition, validation rules, and handshakes across systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Middleware). Salesforce

    · Perform User Creation, manage Roles & Profiles, and support basic Salesforce Admin tasks.

    · Understand and document the Sales and Service Cloud lifecycle and related objects.

    · Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers to align configuration with approved requirements. Stakeholder Management

    · Facilitate alignment across business units (Sales, Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT).

    · Manage expectations, dependencies, and communication plans.

    · Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations on Microsoft Word/PowerPoint.

    Mandatory skill sets:

    · Experience in design, developing and maintaining Salesforce applications.

    · Good understanding of all major configuration tools, Apex and LWC

    · Should have at least one end to end Salesforce project development experience

    · Salesforce platform developer, app builder certificates are desired

    · Good written and oral communication skills

    Preferred skill sets: Salesforce Developer, Apex and LWC.

    Years of experience required: 5-6 Years

    Education qualification: B.Tech/B.E./MCA
