Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and review of supporting schedules and various types of financial analysis required for financial statement disclosures
• Maintain organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents
• Closely collaborate with the BSG consolidation and corporate accounting teams, as well as with teams of professional accountants across various portfolios
• Collaborate with and respond to the business and finance inquiries from other stakeholders within the organization to ensure requirements are met on a timely basis
• Support the integration of newly acquired assets into the reporting framework
• Support key initiatives and process improvements for the corporate and regional consolidation groups; collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with other corporate teams
• Oversee the work and provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the senior analysts and analysts on the team
• Provide support to the Senior Managers, Consolidations on various related activities
• Perform corporate level internal controls activities, ensuring the financial statement close process remains SOx compliant
• Assist with external auditors’ requests to ensure all documentation requirements are met
• Perform Ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
