Job Description & Summary:

A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing Go-To-Market plans, communication programs and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our team is a client focused group that is responsible for positioning the PwC brand and driving long term revenue growth. You’ll work with sales and marketing teams along with the various PwC competencies to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales and account management framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

·With respect to existing client relationships:

  • Maintain and further strengthen the relationships established by Takeda-san, and help identify and pursue opportunities across Lines of Service.
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with key accounts to ensure continued growth, collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Support engagement teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming projects for key accounts.
  • Enhance client relationships by planning and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions and PwC product/solutions demo workshops for large accounts from a cross-LoS perspective.

With respect to new business development:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders of Japanese companies operating in the Western Region, particularly in Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Pune.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across Lines of Service by leveraging his understanding of Japanese business culture, staying updated on firm offerings, and collaborating closely with internal teams and PwC Japan.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry bodies such as JETRO, JCCI, Japanese banks and other associations by regularly participating in networking events, seminars and forums focused on the Japanese business community.
  • Actively contribute to initiatives under the India–Japan Business Corridor, with a focus on promoting bilateral trade, investment and collaboration opportunities.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Strong understanding of digital offerings and tax regulations, leveraging this knowledge to enhance collaboration between India and Japan.
  • Develop business opportunities for Japanese companies in India.
