Job Description & Summary
Objective of the Role:
you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee SAP migration projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute migration strategies and roadmaps, leveraging industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Provide expertise and leadership in addressing technical challenges related to SAP migration.
- Mentor and guide teams to foster professional growth and enhance project outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 20 to 22 years of professional experience, with significant expertise in SAP migration.
- Proven track record of leading complex migration projects in large-scale organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience at a management level, preferably Director or equivalent.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
