Job Description & Summary: PwC India is hiring for it’s Finance Transformation & Shared Services Advisory practice within One Consulting at Kolkata/Gurugram.

We are looking for experienced professionals (15+ years) having rich experience in Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting services to global clients, ensuring high-quality service standards and compliance

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and finance to implement innovative solutions

● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and global clients, understanding their business needs and aligning service delivery accordingly

● Optimize organizational efficiency through assessing opportunities to streamline activities or reducing rework, controlling costs without sacrificing quality, productivity and customer service, and managing change with limited business disruption

● Monitor service performance against SLAs, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and emerging finance technologies ● Provide leadership and mentorship to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive problem solving

● Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, transformation progress, and technology adoption to senior management and clients

● Stay abreast of the latest trends in finance technology, AI applications in finance, and F&A best practices

● Encourage a culture of creativity, discipline and people connect while promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment

● Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of appropriately skilled employees and establishing appropriate remuneration levels and performance-based conditions for employees within the organization’s framework. Proactively work on sales pipeline and solutioning with embedded transformation elements.

Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery Lead (SDL) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, client relationship management, and making strategic decisions on the project(s). The SDL will play a critical leadership and strategic role in developing and managing FinOps, ensuring effective, high-quality delivery of finance and accounting services aligned with client expectations and business objectives. This role

combines operational excellence with a forward-looking approach to finance technology and AI-driven transformation initiatives, driving business value for global clients.

Mandatory skill sets:

- Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

● 15+ years of experience in finance roles and outsourcing management ● Master’s degree or equivalent (CA/MBA in Finance & Accounts or equivalent preferred)

● Proven experience in leading mid-to-large outsourced teams and respective functions

● Experience working with global clients across diverse industries and geographies (EMEA region and industrial/manufacturing sector experience will be a plus)

● Certification in Outsourcing Management (e.g., COP, CSSGB) is an advantage

● Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP with additional understanding of S4HANA

● Strong understanding of AP/ AR/ RTR process and leading best practices
