These individuals work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimise operations, and enhance overall business performance.Job Description & Summary: The Director position calls for dynamic and aggressive individuals who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for developing and maintaining relationships with the client's leadership group, continuously looking for opportunities in those accounts, conceptualizing and bouncing off Operations solutions customized to the opportunities, help the ED/ Partner by developing and driving consulting, delivery solutions and proposals and lead the delivery teams during the engagement for delivering value promised to our clients. The person should have strong Financial background with focus on revenue growth with account mining and through new logos.
The person would be the face of Account Engagement to the client from PwC FS Practice and help the Partner / ED grow and sustain business in India
Responsibilities:
Below are the roles and responsibilities for the position of Director -
Develop and maintain business relationship with our clients/ targets and develop new Clients. Look for opportunities in our existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client leadership team on a regular basis to create larger share of mind for driving business. Manage clients’ expectations – building & sustaining long term healthy relationship with the clients. Create new opportunities in the market – propagate PwC brand, stay informed and aware about the competition. Manage end-to-end project delivery & economics– take responsibility of all dimensions of the project delivery. Focused on growth strategy, digital transformation, new business set-up, cost optimization, sales productivity, marketMandatory skill sets:
o Develop a set of financial services clients across Banking, NBFC, Payments and Asset Management space
o Generate consulting opportunities and create winning proposals
o Convert opportunities into engagements through commercial acumen and persuasive abilities
o Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up opportunities with the same client
o Strong business development and relationship skills to engage effectively with clients
o Keen understanding of issues facing the industry and specific clients
o Strong presence in meetings with ability to engage with C-Suite.
o In-depth understanding of consulting engagement lifecycle.
Preferred skill sets:
Prior Consulting Experience in Management consulting with Financial Services focus
o Multi-tasking and ability to manage parallel pursuits and BD activities
o Effective team management
