Responsibilities:
Identify and engage target operators across GCCs and India Telcos leveraging deep industry networks.
Map accounts, understand operator priorities and position tailored solutions and business cases.
Build and execute Go-to-Market plans for new telco logos and account expansion, including joint propositions with hyperscalers, NEPs, and SIs.
Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams (solution engineering, delivery, product, legal, finance, alliances, marketing) to shape compelling, compliant responses to RFIs/RFPs/tenders.
Develop and maintain executive relationships with CxO and VP-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO, Network/IT, Enterprise, Wholesale, Procurement, Regulatory).
Own a robust, qualified pipeline; drive end-to-end deal cycles including discovery, value engineering, POCs/pilots, negotiations, MSAs/SoWs, and commercial closures.
Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms (pricing, SLAs, delivery models, IP) across subscription, managed services, and outcome-based constructs.
Mandatory skill sets:
16 - 18+ years of enterprise/strategic sales into telecom operators, with recent success across GCCs and India.
Proven track record selling 5G/emerging tech: telco cloud (CNFs/Kubernetes), edge/MEC, Open RAN, AI/analytics/AIOps, network automation/orchestration, IoT/private 5G, OSS/BSS/charging/policy, and related consulting/managed services.
Strong account management and hunting skills; demonstrated new logo wins and multi-year expansion within major telcos and GCCs
Experience leading complex consortium bids and RFP/tender cycles; fluency with procurement frameworks, frame agreements, and rate cards.
Commercial acumen managing deal economics and account P&L; ability to construct TCO/ROI and monetization cases (e.g., network slicing, enterprise 5G, fixed wireless access).
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
