Job Description & Summary
A career within PwC's Oracle Services Practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use
enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help
our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the
areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and
governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion CX modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Customer Data Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CX solutions.
• Design and develop scalable and robust CX cloud solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences.
• Perform system integration with other Oracle modules (ERP, HCM) and third-party applications as needed.
• Conduct system testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and documentation to business users and support teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to drive CX transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion CX innovations and best practices to advise and improve processes.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and analysts on Oracle Fusion CX capabilities.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, risk analysis, and status reporting to leadership.


Mandatory skill sets:
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one Oracle Fusion CX module: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion CRM architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or other middleware tools is a plus.
• Proficient with Oracle Cloud applications configuration, workflow, approval management, and personalization features.
• Good understanding of customer experience concepts and CRM best practices.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Fusion CX certification(s) is highly desirable.


Preferred skill sets:
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and HCM cloud products for cross-functional implementations.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and PL/SQL for technical troubleshooting and data migration.
• Change management and user adoption experience.

• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs
