Job Description & Summary: A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services. You’ll focus on collaborating with the team and other functions on various initiatives and tasks including data and database management, document management, process/project management, MIS reporting, dashboards, and other operations creating a smooth experience for our Partners and Executive Directors.

The Partner Affairs team manages various Strategic initiatives and operations for Partners and Executive Directors lifecycle management including but not limited to hiring/admissions, onboarding, leadership development, annual planning and performance cycle, organisational changes, milestone awards, separation etc. The team works closely with the India leadership, Business, Network firms and other stakeholder in aligning territory operations with firmwide initiatives and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Data handling, cleaning and reporting from multiple data sets
  • Data base handling, updating, archival and management
  • Document Management
  • Data/Database/Document Audit
  • 2-3 Years experience in HR operations/ HR Analytics or similar
  • Manage multiple data sets, draw reports, perform data analysis, dashboards and other forms of data presentation.
  • Project management skills and ability to drive a process independently
  • Stakeholder management
  • Adherence to SOPs and enhancement for process effectiveness
  • Self-starter and willingness to upskill
  • Should collaborate and work with a dynamic teams across locations
  • Understand interdependencies and establish robust control mechanisms
  • Complete focus of quality delivery
  • Work on automation projects and system enhancements

  • Proficient in MS office, especially excel, PowerBI, presentations
