Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking high-performing Associates and Senior Associates to join our Intelligent Business Transformation – FS, focused on the Indian Banking and Capital Markets sector. The role involves advising leading banks, NBFCs, capital markets institutions, and financial intermediaries on strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, contribute to problem-solving, drive workstreams, and support end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery
Support and lead modules/workstreams on strategy and operations engagements within the BCM sector.
Conduct structured problem-solving, develop hypotheses, perform data-driven analysis, and synthesize insights.
Deliver high-quality client outputs including presentations, operating models, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
Engage with client functional and business teams to understand issues, gather relevant inputs, and co-create solutions.
Participate in workshops, interviews, and design sessions with senior stakeholders.
Strategic & Operational Problem-Solving
Drive assessments of business models, processes, operating structures, and performance levers across retail banking, MSME lending, NBFCs, and capital markets.
Contribute to developing strategies in areas such as growth & market entry, customer strategy, product strategy, digital operating models, cost transformation, and risk management.
Support transformation programs including process re-engineering, target operating model development, and organizational redesign.
Project & Team Management
Manage day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Guide junior team members on analysis, research, and client deliverables (for Senior Consultant roles).
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Thought Leadership
Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and sector POVs related to banking and capital markets.
Support practice development initiatives and knowledge management.
