Responsibilities :
Design and implement blockchain-based architectures and solutions to meet specific business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints to support the implementation of blockchain technologies. Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing IT systems and infrastructures. Provide guidance and leadership to technical teams, including developers and engineers. Evaluate and recommend blockchain technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and reliability. Ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain development and deployment. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for blockchain solutions. Lead proof-of-concept projects to showcase the viability of blockchain applications. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain industry. Skills required Extensive knowledge of blockchain platforms: Hyperledger (Besu, Fabric, Sawtooth, Indy), Ethereum, Multichain, R3 Corda. Experienced in end-to-end solution design & deployment in enterprise level blockchain platform Proficient with programming languages: Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET, GO, Python. Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies and consensus mechanisms. Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, MS Azure, SAP Cloud, IBM Bluemix, GCP. Familiarity with container orchestration systems: Google Container Engine, Docker, Kubernetes. Solid grasp of cryptography and security protocols relevant to blockchain. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and robust system architectures. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools for software development. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to blockchain.
