Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to manage our development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and mentor developers, while upholding best practices and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

· CI/CD Pipeline Management: o Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment across various environments. o Ensure integration, testing, and deployment processes are streamlined and efficient. · Infrastructure as Code (IaC): o Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. o Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). · Cloud Infrastructure Management o Manage cloud-based environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. o Optimize cloud resources and costs through monitoring and automated scaling o Monitoring and Logging o Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk. o Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. o Collaboration and Support: o Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and support deployments. o Provide guidance and mentorship to juniors and promote best practices in DevOps. o Security and Compliance: o Implement security best practices in DevOps processes, including secret management, access controls, and vulnerability scanning. o Ensure that all systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. o Automation and Scripting o Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. o Continuously seek opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. o

Mandatory skill sets:

· 6 to 9 years of experience in implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the DevOps processes, tools, and practices · Experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or related roles. · Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). · Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages. · Deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices. · Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. · Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing. · Knowledge of network and security configurations in cloud environments. Certification in AWS, Azure, or other relevant platforms is a plus.

Preferred skill sets:

· Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages. · Deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices. · Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. · Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing. · Knowledge of network and security configurations in cloud environments. Certification in AWS, Azure, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
