Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to manage our development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and mentor developers, while upholding best practices and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. · Integrate Salesforce backend services using the Salesforce Mobile SDK (Native Modules, SmartStore, SmartSync, OAuth). · Implement secure authentication flows using Salesforce Connected Apps & OAuth 2.0. · Develop and optimize offline-first features using encrypted local storage. · Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces. · Build reusable components and libraries for future use. · Troubleshoot performance and compatibility issues across iOS and Android. · Work closely with backend and Salesforce teams to ensure robust API integration. · Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and best practices. · Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews

Mandatory skill sets:

· 5+ years of experience in mobile app development. · Strong proficiency in React Native (TypeScript/JavaScript). · Experience integrating and working with Salesforce Mobile SDK. · Knowledge of Salesforce OAuth, Connected Apps, REST APIs, and data models. · Hands-on experience with iOS/Android build processes (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle). · Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and code review tools. · Understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and performance optimization. · Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred skill sets: 1. Experience with native modules development (Swift, Objective-C, Java/Kotlin). 2. Knowledge of SmartStore (encrypted DB) and SmartSync (offline sync engine). 3. Experience with push notifications (APNS, FCM). 4. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Mobile SDK Specialist, etc.) 5. Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries
